I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room at Littletree Inn. The mountain views from the windows were breathtaking and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel, personable and very very nice stuff, outstanding rooms. The rooms with older beds. Favourable, lovely location close to ski areas. Also - right by a center with a McDonald's, Subway, and large modern grocery store, granby and nearby areas and Granby Ranch.

The location is fantastic, near a hub with popular eateries and a large grocery store. Rooms are a good size and nicely arranged. The free Wi-Fi is a great bonus for guests.

The rooms here are cozy and well-equipped, with a microwave and coffee maker. I really like that they have a kitchenette, it's perfect for relaxing. 😊 the location is wonderful and convenient for shopping or strolling around.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was recently remodeled and everything worked properly, from the TV to the heating/air conditioning. The room was very clean, passing the wet washcloth test, which is something that very few rooms do. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was also great, with the hotel being situated between Grandby and a center with restaurants, a McDonald's, Subway, and a large modern grocery store. Additionally, the hotel was close to a flowing river, perfect for fishing, and there was even a playground and a kids fishing pond within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, providing suggestions for places to eat and things to do.

Very rude staff!

The room at Littletree Inn was cozy and outstanding. The bathroom was good. The cable TV and WiFi were nice to have. The staff was personable and the location was favorable, being a short walk away from Lake Granby, Grand Lake, and the Rocky Mountain National Forest.

The room had a big TV with lots of channels and decent size. The location was convenient to Lake Granby, Grand Lake, and the Rocky Mountain National Forest. The electric baseboard heaters were a nice alternative to the noisy window unit.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Advertises free breakfast with room purchase on your site but they had no knowldedge of same. They did have coffee available. Advertised hot tub is not in operation. Fridge in room made noises all night.

Some updates to the facilities would be beneficial.

Our room was very comfortable, spacious and with amenities that we required for a one night stay. Fridge, microwave, internet. We had a room with a small balcony, perfect for an evening glass of wine with a great view of the mountains. Great restaurant next door.
